It's interesting, the features people dream up in this age of technology.... We have a Sun SPARC laser printer which even has a feature to print error messages like : "Printer low on toner" on a piece of paper, in addition to those idiot lights on the front panel. The best was last week: I was printing and noticed the printer stopped and on came an indicator light. I looked and realized it was out of paper.
