Yesterday I bought a new gas-engine pressure washer. I opened the box, fished out the owner's manual (yeah yeah, "Real men" etc.), and was greeted on the first page with a "Hazard Symbols and Meanings" chart. I wish I could show the scare-the-sh*t-out-of-you icons, but the list will suffice:
a) Explosion
b) Fire
c) Electric Shock
d) Toxic Fumes
e) Kickback
f) Hot Surface
g) Flying Objects
h) Slippery Surface
i) Fall
j) Fluid Injection
k) Moving Parts
Someone please notify Homeland Security - if al-Qaeda hits a major population center with one of these things, the loss of life will be catastrophic. We don't want the smoking gun to be a dripping spray wand, do we?
