Cheney cited for breaking law (Topical/Original)

The wire services have said that VP Cheney was cited for breaking a Texas law that requires a $7 stamp that allows the shooting of upland game birds. It could have been much worse. Fortunately for Cheney, however, in Texas, lawyers are always in season, and require no special stamp.
