A case of recursive terrorism

dsc@korana.com (David Cartwright)
(smirk, true, forwarded)

.
In an article in the current (November 2004) issue of "Flyer" magazine,
the author describes a trip he and some friends made by light aircraft
(i.e. flying themselves) to Germany, to visit the Colditz prison among
other things. For the uninitiated, the General Aviation terminal is the
bit of the airfield where light aircraft park.

"It seemed that the grandchildren of the Colditz guards were now in charge
of security at the general aviation terminal, but we eventually escaped
(clutching our Swiss Army knives, which were initially confiscated in a
desparate bid to prevent us hijacking ourselves)".
