It is spring, the time for University students to look for their accommondation for the next year. One of my friends very quickly found a nice flat with his friends and was really happy about his luck. They decided to have a big party at their first day in their new home and invited 60 people to join them. The party was great (so was I told) and everybody was still in a good mood the next morning until the landlord arrived with an eviction because of the noise from the previous night!
