A bicycle chained outside an Ohio University building caught the eye of a campus police officer. He called other to investigate, and the bicycle was eventually taken off by a bomb squad and blown up.
The cause of all the commotion: The bicycle was sporting a sticker promoting a visiting rock band called "This Bike is a Pipe Bomb."
