In light of the votes against the European Union Constitution in France and the Netherlands, ABC is running an AP story on their website titled "European Leaders May Scrap Constitution." (http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=3D813373)

I don't see what the big deal is. The Bush Administration has been trying to scrap the American Constitution since it got into office.
