According to an AP story, a California lawyer had his license suspended
for three years.  This suspension was given after the lawyer had appealed
his earlier 60-day suspension.  The 60-day suspension was given after he
had appealed an initial 15-day suspension.

One more appeal and he can get life without possibility of parole under
the "three-strikes" law!
