Last weekend, Larry Ellison's yacht won the Sydney-Hobart race despite unusually bad weather which wrecked several boats. This tells us two things:

1) Bill Gates is working on MS WeatherControl, and 
2) It behaves like any other 1.0 Microsoft release.
