Original by me and my friend Crispin on the phone last night.

I read in a newspaper yesterday that in the northern territory of Australia
a bill may soon be passed to legalise euthanasia. The process will be by a
computer controlled lethal injection operated by the person wishing to die.
In the process the user gets prompted thus:

Continuing will mean that within thirty seconds you will receive a lethal
injection and you will die. Do you wish to proceed Y/N?

This has to beg the question, how reliable is the software? 
e.g.
