On September 5, I was reading the Telerate information service page 19081 where it was describing the event of the separation of Liz Taylor and her husband Larry. Because all of the story couldn't fit on one screen, the last three lines - which listed the husbands to which she had previously married - were displayed on page 19082 followed by a page and a half of blank space... Maybe it should have been labelled as "reserved for future use."
